Standards, Grades and Cargo Documents

A1–A4 terminology is common in Iran, but an export contract must identify the governing standard and the buyer’s accepted ASTM, BS or other equivalent grade. The mill test certificate, packing list, heat number and inspection records should remain traceable to the delivered material. See the Iran steel rebar export guide for a deeper review of grades and trade documentation.
