At Coolak, we believe that successful transactions are built on trust, transparency, and informed decision-making. This belief is reflected in several principles that guide our work: Transparency throughout the commercial process Careful verification before presenting opportunities Risk reduction before problems arise Practical and executable transaction structures Long-term business relationships rather than short-term gains These principles are not marketing statements. They are the standards by which we evaluate our own decisions.

Steel Rebar

Steel Rebar

Steel rebar with grades A1, A2, A3 and yield strength up to 500 MPa is the primary product of hot-rolled steel lines, used directly for reinforcing concrete structures in residential, commercial, industrial buildings, bridges, dams, and civil infrastructure projects.

Production Process:

Rebar production begins with melting steel in Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) or blast furnaces. After refining and adjusting the chemical composition, molten steel is cast into billets through continuous casting. The billets are then reheated in furnaces to approximately 1200°C and fed into hot rolling mills. In the rolling line, billets pass through successive stands of rolls, reducing them to standard diameters (from 8mm to 50mm). The rebar surface is then deformed using ribbed rolls to create the characteristic rib pattern, enhancing bond strength with concrete. After rolling, rebars are cooled in a controlled manner on cooling beds, then cut to standard lengths of 6 or 12 meters. Finally, products are bundled, tagged, and supplied with Mill Certificates ready for shipment.

Standards and Applications:

This product is manufactured in compliance with ASTM A615/A615M, BS 4449, and ISIRI 6627 standards, and is readily available for contractors, governments, and international infrastructure projects. Steel rebar, due to its high mechanical properties, resistance to tensile and compressive loads, and compliance with global standards, is the primary choice for structural engineers in large-scale projects.

Coolak International Group, with monthly supply capacity, Mill Certificates, and independent SGS or Intertek inspection, is ready to serve end buyers and reputable agents.
