Specifications, Documents and Trade Terms
A product name or origin is not sufficient for a transaction. The COA, sampling and inspection method, quantity, delivery point, tank or packing requirements, loading schedule, origin documents and Incoterm should be agreed before contract. Fuel imports and use remain subject to the destination’s environmental and regulatory requirements.
