Cooperation Procedure

This transaction shall proceed strictly in accordance with the following sequence:

  1. Buyer’s Request: The Buyer submits its official purchase request together with its company profile and authorized signatory details.

  2. Issuance of SCO: Coolak issues the Soft Corporate Offer.

  3. Buyer’s Countersignature: The Buyer signs and stamps the SCO and returns it to Coolak.

  4. Execution of NCNDA: The Buyer and Coolak execute the applicable NCNDA.

  5. Buyer’s Documentation: The Buyer submits the ICPO, Company Profile, Trade License and BCL.

  6. Seller’s Procedure: The Seller’s Sulphur Spot Sales Procedure commences upon acceptance of the Buyer’s documentation.

  7. SPA & Payment: The parties proceed with the SPA, cargo verification and payment in accordance with the agreed procedure.

  8. Loading: Following fulfillment of the contractual conditions, the cargo is released for FOB loading at Sohar Port.

Note: Final price, allocation and lifting schedule are subject to Seller’s confirmation, cargo availability and market conditions.
