To eliminate cross-border clearance risks and customs rejections, every single consignment is formulated and loaded strictly against the buyer’s Afghan government–approved technical parameters, accompanied by official refinery laboratory certificates and numbered tamper-proof seals applied directly at the loading rack.

Transaction Procedure & Intake Requirements
Coolak International Group operates exclusively with verified end-buyers and authorized representatives under the following operational protocol:
Intake & KYC Submission:
The Buyer submits an official Letter of Intent (LOI/ICPO) addressed to Coolak International Group accompanied by the mandatory compliance package:
Valid Company Trade / Business License
Copy of Buyer’s / Authorized Signatory's International Passport
Verified Proof of Financial Capability (Bank statement / Sarafi financial verification)
Official technical specification sheet approved and certified by the Afghan Directorate of Norms and Standards (ANSA) / relevant Afghan ministry.
Contract Execution & Commission Agreement:
Seller reviews documents and issues the formal Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Fleet Dispatch & Refinery Sealing:
Upon financial readiness verification, Buyer nominates the fleet of road tankers. Loading is executed under-shower (Ex-rack). Every truck is sampled, laboratory-verified against the certified Afghan specification, and secured with official numbered refinery seals before gate pass issuance.
Settlement & Handover:
Simultaneous financial settlement is executed via the approved exchange house in Tehran against weighbridge slips and loading manifests. Cargo title and custody transfer immediately to the Buyer for onward border transit.
